Welcome to the 2012 Hamilton Jaguars Football Season
 
                                        IMPORTANT DATES
Registration will be held at the South Hamilton Community Association Pavillion
 
Returning player/cheerleader registration dates will be
 
March 23    6:30pm-8:30pm
March 24    9:00am-11:00am
 
                                                New player/cheerleader registration dates are as follows:
 
March 28   6:30pm-8:30pm
March 31   9:00am-11:00am
 
Registration fees for the 2012 season

One Player / Cheerleader   $60.00
Two Player / Cheerleader $90.00
Three Player / Cheerleader $110.00
Four +Plus / $120.00
 
This years volunteer fee will be $60.00  NOTE: This money is refunded at the end of the year once you have fulfilled your obligation.
This year we are offering a $110.00 buy out if you do not wish to sign up or participate with the volunteer duties.
 
                                            FUNDRAISING

This year we will have two events. First we will have a HOSS's Steak and Sea House night.  These will be handed out at Registration and we will only have one big fundraiser there after and  that will be the October 1-31 lottery tickets.  The tickets will be $10.00 each and the obligation will be per family 15 tickets sold per one player / cheerleader or $150.00 buyout.  20 tickets sold for two plus player / cheerleader or $200.00 buyout.
 
On a final note yes this is alot of money to raise and cost for the initial registration for your children to partipate in this sport however the cost of equipment and the liabilities continue to increase so these decisions weigh heavily on our board members and coaches.  We invite parents at anytime to participate in our board meetings to assist in these matters and discuss the future success of the HAMILTON JAGUARS.

Thanks to all the parents and volunteers that stepped up last season, we were able to make it one of our best seasons yet! In order to keep such a great organization running smoothly we will continue to need everyone to step up and help out. 
Remember, we are dedicated to the kids and want them to succeed and have fun with their football and cheer leading experiences . Being an active parent is SO important to making sure your child gets the most out of their time with the Jaguars!

Reminder: Physicals are good for one year (ie: 8/9/10 to 8/9/11). It is your responsibility to set up physicals so that they are updated when they are due.
If your child's has expired & you do not have an updated physical, they will NOT be able to participate in practices & games. Physical forms are available
