Practices are Tue-Wed-Thurs 6-8pm
 
**One parent/guardian must be present at ALL practices and games.**
 

Physical Forms
All children MUST have a physical by our 1st practice which is Aug. 1st.
For example: If your child had a physical last year say Aug. 21st, it is good until that day this year.
But you MUST call your physician 3 months in advance of that date (Aug. 21st) to schedule appointment so they can get you in.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!
*Your child(ren) cannot practice without updated physical(s)*
(You may go to MedXpress for walk-in physicals for about $25)
 
Hamilton Jaguars Call System
We use a "call system" that will call and email you with important information about:
canceled practices, fundraising, picture day etc. It will appear on your caller ID as "Kirsten Decker- 552-6978." 
Please answer the call to ensure that you stay up to date with all important information from our organization. 
If you miss the calls, be sure you listen to the voicemails. Do not disregard the message & do not call Kirsten asking if she called.  LISTEN to the voicemails then you will know that it was from Hamilton Jaguars. Thank you.




   
 


        KEEP IN MIND...
 
Thanks to all the parents and volunteers that stepped up last season, we were able to make it one of our best seasons yet! In order to keep such a great organization running smoothly we will continue to need everyone to step up and help out. 
Remember, we are dedicated to the kids and want them to succeed and have fun with their football and cheer leading experiences . Being an active parent is SO important to making sure your child gets the most out of their time with the Jaguars!

  TEAM PHOTOGRAPHER
You may notice a gentleman taking photos at our games. Mark Bryson of Mark Bryson Photography will be capturing our players & cheerleaders in awesome action photos.

LOOKING FORWARD TO A GREAT SEASON IN 2011!!
  

Reminder: Physicals are good for one year (ie: 8/9/10 to 8/9/11). It is your responsibility to set up physicals so that they are updated when they are due.
If your child's has expired & you do not have an updated physical, they will NOT be able to participate in practices & games. Physical forms are available
