Volunteer schedule for Hamilton Jaguars 2011 Season

 

All parents will volunteer for practices and games.  Volunteer fee is $50.00.
Once you volunteer for 2 concession stand practices and 2 slots for game days and 1 back up slot, you will have fulfilled your commitment. 
Money will be returned to you, by check, once uniforms have been turned in.

Time slots are as follows:

Practice- 2 people up front and 1 on grill=3

Games-

Chain Gang-3 people

Concession stand- 4 people up front, 2 on grill and 2 back ups

Gates-2 people on one gate and 1 person on other gate

Clean up- 2 people

50/50- 2 people (no children handling the money)

 Conditioning practice starts August 1st _ Regular practice starts August 15th
 
                                                                                                         
                                                                                                    If you are unable to volunteer for your scheduled day, you need to call Tracy Kelly ASAP.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                       She can be reached by phone. If it is a game day, you can reach her until 10am. 
                                                                                                                                       We will do our best to get you rescheduled for another time.
                                                                                                          We do understand that life happens, we just ask for a phone call so that we may replace you.

                                                                                                                                                                     Back up slots are as follows-

                                                                              You sign up for 1 back up slot.  If someone does not show up for a volunteering slot, then the backup will take their place.

 

All volunteers for game day will check in with volunteer coordinator by the announcer prior to their game. 
Names will be called over the loud speaker.
When it is time for volunteers to go to their designated spot, the announcer will call names one more time. 
 Please make sure that you have been accounted for, ensuring return of your $50 at the end of the season.

 

We will do the best we can to accommodate you, but slots will fill up very quickly,
if you only have certain time schedules that you are available, please make sure you get your spots as soon as possible.
